Cotton Comfort holds about 5 oz over a day of small leaks. Super Absorbency steps up to 10 oz. Maximum Absorbency is built for heavier leakage at 20 oz.

What are these made of, and will washing wear them out?

All three pairs use a soft cotton/poly jersey with odor-reducing fibers, a Unique-Dri sewn-in pad, and a latex-free elastic waist. Machine wash warm, tumble dry low - skip chlorine bleach and fabric softener, which reduce pad absorbency. Each pair is independently validated to last at least 200 washes, and the page notes to wash and dry each pair fully before first use.
